Today’s job market is a very different one than days
past. The time of corporation loyalty to an individual has passed. In a sense,
everyone is working for themselves, and we can almost think of employees in the
workplace as “permanent part-timers”.
More people than ever are exhausted and burnt out
from the rat race of the traditional career path and are seeking to do what
fulfills them more than what just fulfills their bank accounts. Many are
re-evaluating their place in life and as a result are looking to start over
doing what they are passionate about.
